Who we are

The concierge service, Traveloveitaly, stems from my desire to welcome, assist and advise the innumerable tourists arriving daily to visit Rome “The Eternal City” its vicinity and the most facinating italian cities.

I’m an authentic Roman resident born in Rome. Since 1999, my many years of work experience in the Conciergerie of big European hotels such as the Cavalieri Hilton of Rome and the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora allowed me to grow and to develop an expertise in the hospitality industry. In 2006 I was entrusted the establishment, training and management of the “Conciergerie” of the Marriott Park hotel, the biggest hotel facility in Italy and the second biggest in Europe.

This experience allowed me to work with hundreds of tourists coming from all over the world. I quickly learned to select, negotiate and customize the services to satisfy customer requests. My proven organizational skills in the hospitality industry, my deep love for my native city and my solid knowledge in the artistic-archeological areas, as well as my friendly, outgoing personality, give me an edge in customer service. I’m well-informed, keeping up-to-date with service providers apt to answer different customer needs regarding business, social, religious and artistic events in the city.

My motto is: “Never say no” to a guest requesting assistance. Nowadays, many tourists prefer planning their own holiday before their arrival. Whether they stay in moderately-priced B&Bs or in luxury villas, they want to avail themselves of the advice of expert and always available staff. This website is a virtual space where I put my experience and my knowledge at the disposal of those coming to our “Bel Paese” (Beautiful country).
